Welcome to The Absolute Yoga & Pilates Studio

 

The Absolute offers personally supervised private, semi-private, and group classes in Pilates as well as the Gyrotonic® Expansion System.  Feel better, look better, strengthen your abdominals, help alleviate back pain, and increase your flexibility.

Group classes in Anusara® Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, pre and post-natal and parent and me.  On our Yoga schedule we also offer such classes as Pilates mat, hoop dance and so much more.  For men and women, feel strong and fit.

 

Class changes: There will not be any pre-natal or parent and me yoga on the following dates -

Tuesday, June 16th and Thursday, June 18th

Sunday, June 21st(Father's day)

Tuesday June 23 and Thursday June 25 - NO PARENT AND ME ONLY

Tuesday June 30th  - NO PARENT AND ME ONLY

Thursday, July 2nd and Sunday, July 5th

 

NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENTStarting Sunday, June 14th at 4pm......POWER YOGA......with Michelle!!! This class runs for 1 hour in length.

Power Yoga is a flowing style of yoga, connecting each breath with movement.  Power Yoga improves strength and flexiblity moving from one pose to the next.  It is at a moderate to fast pace and strength based.  You'll improve stamina and muscle tone with Power Yoga!!
