Anusara Yoga is heart-oriented, spiritually inspiring, and yet grounded in the Universal Principles of Alignment™ for both the inner and outer body. It is a uniquely integrated style of hatha yoga in which the artistic glory of the human heart blends magically with the biomechanics of the body. Anusara-inspired yoga teachers have studied Anusara yoga for at least one year, have at least one year of teaching experience and 100 hours of Anusara Yoga studies.

Deep Stretch Gentle Yoga
An unhurried approach to yoga postures, with emphasis on body awareness and alignment to create healthy change. Appropriate for those recovering from injury or students seeking a more gradual approach with emphasis on stress reduction. A great class for beginners.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha means “force or determined effort” because it prescribes rigorous physical discipline to find union with soul. The focus on physical postures and breathing techniques of Hatha Yoga yields many benefits to the practitioner's health and well-being. Hatha Yoga promotes flexibility, tones the body, enhances vitality, cultivates balance, and calms the mind. It improves strength and endurance and increases awareness and concentration. It alleviates stress and creates a welcome feeling of wholeness and deep relaxation.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is the "Yoga of Awareness", an ancient, specific system involving classic poses, coordination of breath and movement, with sound and meditation. This powerful and active style of yoga is effective for strengthening and balancing the nervous, glandular and immune systems, as well as, increasing mental energy and developing a deep inner calm. Kundalini Yoga produces quick results and is excellent for stress reduction, healing depression and insomnia, breaking bad habits, weight control and so much more.

All Kundalini Yoga classes are taught by highly trained IKYTA certified yoga instructors and are excellent for students at all levels.

Mommy & Me Yoga
Our Kundalini Style Post Natal Yoga class gracefully combines vigorous and restorative postures connected with the breath to help strengthen and tone your body, relax your mind, recharge your energy and lift your spirit as you transition into the delicate balance of parenthood. Children ages 6 weeks to crawlers develop an everlasting bond with Mom or Dad, while reaping all of the health benefits of baby yoga, massage and gentle singing. This class provides a safe and supportive environment for parents to bond and share their experience. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Pre-Natal Yoga
Our unique Kundalini Style Prenatal class provides a supportive environment to enjoy your pregnancy and your inner transformation into motherhood, as you relax through yoga, meditation and dance. This style of yoga uses gentle, safe, and effective postures coordinated with breath to strengthen and relax your rapidly changing body and prepare you for the challenges and beauty of your pregnancy and childbirth. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

The benefits of yoga for mom and baby during pregnancy are extensive and can include:
• Strengthened pelvic muscles, aiding in an easier delivery
• Improved circulation, alleviating edema an varicose veins
• Increased essential blood and oxygen flow to growing fetus
• Aid in digestion, alleviating heartburn and nausea
• Reduced backaches
• Helps access the inner strength and calm necessary to work through fear and negative emotions

Restorative/Meditation
The body and mind are "restored" through the systematic use of yoga poses and props to alternatively stimulate and relax the body for the deepest release of tension. This clears the path so as to fully embrace the meditation and connect with your eternal essence. A wonderful class for all ability levels.

Vinyasa Flow
This dynamic form of yoga utilizes a steady flow of connected yoga asanas (postures) linked with breath work in a continuous movement to build inner heat and strength. The graceful flowing movement or “vinyasa” is performed at a slow pace and low stress level. Vinyasa Flow is not recommended for complete beginners, as a basic knowledge of the postures is fundamental to being able to move through them.
